TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (7/16/15)--Nineteen credit unions have joined the point-of-sale/ATM network CU24 in the last six months.
These credit unions can now provide their members with access to thousands of surcharge-free ATMs nationwide, thousands of deposit-taking ATMs, and the convenience of access to the nation’s largest credit union-owned ATM and POS network, according to a release.
“Our main goal was to increase our number of surcharge-free ATMs available for our members,” said Michael Tucker, president/CEO West Virginia Central CU. “By joining the CU24 network we have significantly accomplished this goal and our members will now have greater access to their accounts.”
West Virginia Central CU, based in Parkersburg, W. Va., serves more than 16,000 members.
CU24 serves more than 500 credit unions, with an emphasis on small to mid-size credit unions. The company’s products include ATM management solution ATMCinch; Pocket2Pocket, a real-time P2P payment service; and CU24 University, an online program for compliance and operational training.
