"Everybody out there wants a share of the member,” Graham said about building and maintaining a service-oriented strategy during CUNA's Sales & Service Culture School. “It is not enough to just give good service. Everybody gives good service."
Credit unions must define for their employees and members what makes their financial institution unique in the marketplace.
Nearly 40 credit union professionals gathered in Madison, Wis., in October for the school to learn how to establish a sales and service culture within their credit unions and improve their workplace culture. Graham was one of the primary presenters.
