WASHINGTON (12/14/15)--Changes to delivery fee rates and requirements for several types of mortgages are included in an updated Freddie Mac Single-Family Seller-Servicer Guide bulletin. The changes affect Home Possible and Home Possible Advantage mortgages, as well as mortgages secured by manufactured homes and mortgage insurance.
Most changes are effective on mortgages with settlement dates on or after Jan. 4, 2016.
According to Freddie, it is also expanding the availability of custom mortgage insurance, and updating the minimum coverage requirement and delivery fee rates for mortgages using custom mortgage insurance.
These changes are effective for mortgages with Freddie Mac settlement dates on or after March 1, 2016.
