MADISON, Wis. (1/5/16)--Hannibal Brumskine II has been named chief financial and operations officer (CFOO) of the National Credit Union Foundation (the Foundation), effective Jan. 4.
Brumskine has an extensive background in accounting and financial management with a broad range of knowledge in managing finance teams and nonprofits.

Before coming to the Foundation, he served as the controller/director of Global Treasury at Pact in Washington, D.C., an international development non-governmental organization. He was responsible for the general accounting, global treasury, external financial reporting, managing the annual financial audit, and staff development.
As CFOO of the Foundation, Brumskine will lead financial and administrative functions, which include directing all day-to-day financial operations, managing the organization's fiscal functions, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. He will direct the Foundation’s investment strategy.
