Don't drop new year's ball on Diamond Award entries

January 5, 2016

MADISON, Wis. (1/5/16)--2016 Diamond Award nominations are due Jan. 8.  The CUNA Marketing and Business Development Council encourages credit unions to recommend their talented, creative, boundary-pushing peers who deserve to be recognized for their achievements.

Amber Scott, co-chair of the Diamonds Awards committee and vice president of marketing for 1st MidAmerica CU, Bethalto, Ill., calls the Diamond Awards "our opportunity to celebrate credit unions that demonstrate excellence, break new ground and achieve results.”

The prestigious awards recognize achievements in 30 diverse marketing categories, including branding campaigns, direct mail, social media and, for the first time, video.

The criteria used to determine the best of the best include creativity, design and production, copy and communication, and strategy and results.

Winners will be recognized at an awards dinner during the CUNA Marketing and Business Development Council Conference in Anaheim, Calif., March 22.
