ALEXANDRIA, Va. (2/1/16)--Charges of embezzlement sparked three of the six prohibition orders issued by the National Credit Union Administration in January. The subjects of the other three orders consented to the issuance of employment bans to "avoid the time and expense of administrative litigation."
According to the NCUA, the orders prohibit the following individuals from participating in the affairs of any federally insured financial institution:
