GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (3/14/16)--Credit union service organization CU*Answers' It’s Me 247 Online Banking program recorded more than 4 million member logins from desktop devices in February, the highest single-month volume in its history.
Combined with logins from mobile devices, It’s Me 247had a record 6.6 million logins during the month.
CU*Answers has accelerated development of its online and mobile banking platform, adding new features and options for credit union clients. In 2015, My Virtual StrongBox integration was added, and then offered to clients for free.
In 2016, a free mobile app was offered to credit unions who met eligibility requirements. CU*Answers also recently launched its first bill pay solution fully integrated within online banking, with payment processing by Payveris. It’s Me 247 Bill Pay began rolling out to clients in November and has already seen more than 100 credit unions sign agreements to make the switch.
