MADISON, Wis. (3/21/16)--The energy and collective force for good evidenced by the nearly 5,000 attendees to this year’s Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC) has been captured in the first-ever, post-conference publication from CUNA.
“This exceptional edition highlights how CUNA, state credit union leagues and credit unions are advancing the credit union mission,” said CUNA President/CEO Jim Nussle. “It’s a showcase of our powerful advocacy and the message of the credit union difference--and why it’s important for credit unions to attend the movement’s premier conference.”
Published just days after the conclusion of the conference, the special print issue of Credit Union Magazine has been delivered nationwide and a digital version made available online at news.cuna.org/gac.
The issue recaps keynote speeches by Dan Pink, Lisa Bodell and Ted Koppel, as well as the many regulatory and legislative officials who brought their messages to the credit union audience in Washington.
Also during the conference, CUNA launched daily videos of conference highlights. In case you missed them, they are available here:
Photo galleries and articles covering nearly every aspect of the conference--including Hike the Hill visits, keynote speakers, and policymaker presentations--are available on the dedicated news page: news.cuna.org/gac.
