To close out CUNA’s America’s Credit Union Conference, Josh Linkner will deliver a keynote address focused on the importance of credit unions embracing innovation, especially as they face challenges presented by an increasingly competitive marketplace and financial technology companies.
The 45-year-old entrepreneur is the author of The New York Times bestselling books “Disciplined Dreaming: A Proven System to Drive Breakthrough Creativity” and “The Road to Reinvention: How to Drive Disruption and Accelerate Transformation.”
Before the final keynote address, Wednesday’s breakout sessions will cover a variety of topics, including:
• A Study on mid-market wealth management offerings. A panel of speakers will offer a preview of findings from a study on middle-market wealth management commissioned to Filene Research Institute by CUNA Mutual Group.

• Creating your own human firewall: Prevent your worst data breach nightmare. Attendees will learn best practices for blocking hackers and criminals to keep credit unions' and members’ data and dollars safe.
• How the 2020 generation and millennials will change how you do business. Attendees will learn what the workplace will look like in 2020 and strategies to attract, connect with, engage, develop, and communicate with tomorrow's employees.
• Collaboration: It’s part of the credit union DNA. Panelists will share how credit unions have successfully collaborated to gain efficiencies in back-office operations.
Attendees will also hear from leaders who have successfully collaborated, the challenges they faced, and successes they achieved.
