CUNA's Succeeding in Member Sales eSchool, designed for frontline staff, member service representatives and branch managers, begins Aug. 11.
“In the credit union movement, the key to sales conversion is personal, one-on-one interactions that make members feel comfortable placing their financial lives in your hands,” said Angela Prestil, CUNA’s director of business development. “In this eSchool, credit union professionals learn how to create an environment where these kinds of interactions happen and sales flourish.”
The eSchool has 4 weekly webinar sessions that lay the groundwork for, initiate, and close sales successfully. In the process, participants also learn how to project a more professional, positive image for their credit unions.
