Sixty-three credit union human resources (HR) professionals participated in the CUNA HR Compliance School, held in partnership with CUDoctor, this week in Phoenix.
School attendees now have the opportunity to be recognized with the credit union HR compliance designation.
“HR compliance is a complex, critical area for all credit unions, and certified HR professionals will make huge contributions in our industry,” said Colleen Brooks, vice president of HR/risk management at Abri CU, Romeoville, Ill.
Content for the school is tailored to provide students with HR compliance education that addresses the specific needs of the credit union industry. Students solidify their fundamental knowledge as well as gain education on the “how to” of HR compliance.
