The executive committees for the CUNA Operations, Sales & Service Council and CUNA Technology Council were announced during the councils’ recent annual conference in Las Vegas.
Steve Langley, senior vice president and member services/chief retail officer, Schools Financial CU, Sacramento, Calif., concluded his term. He had served as the Membership Committee vice chair and Nominations Committee vice chair.
Steve Stryker, chief operating officer, Scott CU, Edwardsville, Ill., is also stepping down.
“Langley’s and Stryker’s commitment to their roles and knowledge of operational and sales issues have been highly beneficial to CUNA Operations, Sales & Service Council,” said Greg Inman, chief operating officer, Neighbors FCU, Baton Rouge, La. “We thank them for their significant contributions and wish them the best in their future endeavors.”
Langley will be replaced by Linda Fedrick, vice president member relations, Anheuser-Busch Employees CU, St. Louis.
Inman will remain the Executive Committee chair, while Heather Lally, vice president of operations, Alliant CU, Chicago, will serve as vice chair.
All existing members of the CUNA Technology Council Executive Committee are returning for another year.
Guy Russo, chief information officer, CommunityAmerica CU, Lenexa, Kan., will serve as chair, while incumbent Mike Atkins, chief information officer, Bellco CU, Centennial, Colo., will serve as vice chair. Chris Saneda, Virginia CU, Richmond, Va., will serve as second vice chair.
“Over the past year, these technology leaders have bolstered CUNA Technology Council through their insight, creativity and initiative,” said Russo. “I have no doubt that they will do the same in the year to come.”
