CUNA’s leadership will conduct an election recap conference call Thursday to discuss what Tuesday’s election results mean for credit unions around the country. Registration is required for the free call, which starts at 4 p.m. (ET).
Led by CUNA President/CEO Jim Nussle, the call will examine the results of the presidential election, and also what the newly elected 115th Congress looks like from a credit union perspective.
Nussle will be joined by CUNA Chief Operating Officer Rich Meade and Chief Advocacy Officer Ryan Donovan.
CUNA’s Removing Barriers Blog has published a few entries on the election. In one, Donovan examines several plausible election scenarios and how they would impact credit unions.
In another, CUNA’s advocacy staff breaks down how CUNA is monitoring state-level races in 44 states featuring more than 10,000 candidates seeking 5,915 seats.
