At this year’s World Credit Union Conference--set for July 23-26 in Vienna, Austria--three keynote speakers will address entrepreneurship, data trends and technologies, and brand reputation.
With a background in technological entrepreneurship, “Shark Tank” star Robert Herjavec will offer insights on being “Fast, Forward and Focused” during his keynote speech July 25. In 2003, he founded Herjavec Group, which is recognized as a global leader in information security, specializing in managed security services, compliance, incident response and remediation efforts for enterprise-level organizations.
Altimeter Group’s Susan Etlinger will highlight how current trends and technologies, such as digital media, affect consumer behavior and challenge the customer experience. Etlinger’s research focuses on data, artificial intelligence and ethics, and she advises global executives on strategy related to emerging technologies. Her keynote speech is July 24.
Simon Mainwaring, founder of We First, will detail the millennial mindset, behaviors and aspirations that credit unions can leverage to build their reputation, customer communities and global impact. We First shows companies how to define, frame and share the story of their good work in ways that build their brand reputation, customer community, and social impact. Mainwaring will speak July 26.
More than 1,800 credit union executives and volunteers from over 55 countries are expected to attend the four-day conference.
