CUNA Volunteer Certification Program (VCP) revealed a redesigned Board of Directors track, simplifying the track’s requirements and providing a more accessible, straightforward course progression.
VCP is a professional development program that allows credit union volunteers to earn the Certified Credit Union Volunteer (CCUV) designation.
“While it was comprehensive and full of choices, the previous Board of Directors track was complex,” said Michelle Johnson, CUNA instructional design manager. “By streamlining the track, we’ve made it easier for board members to get into the program and experience its career-changing education.”
The new track is modeled after the five-day CUNA Volunteer Certification School, condensing that event’s sessions into an online training series that is fast, simple and straightforward.
