CUNA released the 2017-2018 version of CUNA Compensation Analytics, a cloud-based search tool that lets users easily search and extract data from the 2017-2018 CUNA Staff Salary Report, a compilation of compensation data from credit unions nationwide.
“While the CUNA Staff Salary Report is still a comprehensive resource, we wanted to give our users a more personal experience with the data,” said Jon Haller, CUNA director of corporate and market research. “By empowering users to grab the specific information they need—and fast—CUNA Compensation Analytics is ideal for those who need quick and easy access to information.”
After entering search parameters to match their credit union’s characteristics, users of CUNA Compensation Analytics retrieve relevant data in just seconds. Data is extracted in easy-to-use tables, suitable for presentations or reports, so users can easily understand the information.
Released in July, the 2017-2018 CUNA Staff Salary Report contains CUNA’s latest data on all aspects of compensation—including base pay, bonuses, and more—for 90 full-time positions and 10 part-time credit union positions.
Both CUNA Staff Salary Report and CUNA Compensation Analytics allow credit unions to benchmark their credit unions’ compensation against comparable credit unions, enabling them to develop more competitive offers and attract top candidates.
