CUNA O&ME Executive Committee named

CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council formally presented the 2017-2018 Executive committee at this year’s CUNA Technology Council Conference and CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council Conference on Sept. 30 in Phoenix. 

The full roster of the 2017-2018 CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council Executive Committee includes: 

  • Heather Lally, council chair and vice president, operations, Alliant CU; 
  • Buddy Bennet, council vice chair and vice president, operations, Cyprus FCU, Salt Lake City; 
  • Judy Kinney, council vice chair senior vice president, branch delivery and operations, LGE Community CU, Marietta, Ga.; 
  • Linda Fedrick, vice president, member relations. Anheuser Busch Employees CU, St. Louis;  
  • Tammy Fleiger, vice president, member relations, Spokane Teachers CU, Liberty Lake, Wash.; 
  • Adam Kearns, vice president, business development. Ohio Credit Union League, Columbus, Ohio;  
  • Jennifer Kimmell, vice president, member services, TruWest CU, Scottsdale, Ariz.; 
  • Julie Linch, senior vice president, retail delivery, Directions CU, Sylvania, Ohio; 
  • Bill Thomas, vice president, member operations, United Nations FCU, Long Island City, N.Y.; and 
  • Tum Vongsawad, chief operating officer, San Diego County CU. 

Greg Inman, CCUE, chief operating officer, Neighbors FCU, Baton Rouge, La., who served two years as chair, is stepping down after completing his full term. Diana Houston, senior vice president/business development, Georgia Credit Union Affiliates, Duluth, Ga. and league liaison is stepping down after completing her full term. Michelle Grabicki, vice president, corporate culture, Numerica CU, Spokane Valley, Wash., is stepping down after completing her first term due to a job change.
