Bank Secrecy Act Conference
In partnership with the National Association of State Credit Union Supervisors (NASCUS), the CUNA Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Conference will be held Dec. 2-5 in Dallas.
The conference brings together BSA compliance officers, state and federal examiners, industry experts, and regulators for discussion, networking and education on BSA compliance issues.
Featuring a revamped schedule, this year’s annual conference will cover the statutory and regulatory training requirements for compliance professionals to comprehend this complex federal law.
Attendees also will receive updates from federal agencies such as the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, NCUA, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). You’ll learn how these updates will impact the credit union movement.
This year’s conference will cover many of today’s pressing BSA issues, including:
► Skip tracing, a BSA tool;
► BSA implications on emerging payment systems;
► Selecting automation tools; and
► Business accounts.
