Kernel delivers a one-to-one marketing experience through a Web application programming interface (API) that can be integrated across several channels. It adjusts advertisement delivery among mobile, online banking and other experiences based on users' interest in and interaction with each channel.

Leads are tracked through a dashboard that shows what users are viewing on an institution's website, what they click through to and which advertisement is displayed at that time.
