MARLBOROUGH, Mass. (5/5/15)--Over the next several months, TV airwaves in New Hampshire will carry a duo of new credit union ads. The TV spots were funded by New Hampshire Credit Unions and the Cooperative Credit Union Association.
The awareness campaign, which will run on WMUR-TV and also on New Hampshire Public Radio, aims to promote the credit union message and spread the word about the value consumers can achieve through credit union membership (Daily CU Scan April 4).
One ad illustrates that if a consumer switched from a bank to a credit union, the only difference they would experience would be less and lower fees, as credit unions offer all the same services as banks.
The other ad shows how banks take little bites out of the entirety of their customers’ finances, unlike credit unions, which cost consumers less in fees.
Both ads direct consumers to the website www.goCU.org, on which they can find more information about credit unions, in addition to a guide on how to find a local credit union to join.
The site also features the television ads.
