CO-OP announces board election results

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. (5/14/15)--CO-OP Financial Services announced the election of three new board members during its annual shareholders meeting May 7.

The new members, all elected to three-year terms, are:

  • Wayne Grosse, president/CEO, Bethpage (N.Y.) FCU;
  • Joan Opp, president/CEO, Stanford (Calif.) FCU, and
  • Kent Oram, president/CEO Idaho Central CU, Chubbuck, Idaho.

During the board’s organizational meeting, the following board officers were named:

  • Chair: Doug Ferraro, president/CEO, Bellco CU, Greenwood Village, Colo.;
  • Vice chair, chair-elect: Jeff Napper, president/CEO, LBS Financial CU, Westminster, Calif.;
  • Treasurer: Allan McMorris, president/CEO, Oakland County CU, Waterford, Mich.; and
  • Secretary: Chuck Purvis, president/CEO, Coastal FCU, Raleigh, N.C.

Other board members include:

  • Tom Dorety, president/CEO, Suncoast Schools FCU, Tampa, Fla.;
  • Benson Porter, president/CEO, BECU, Tukwila, Wash.;
  • John Radebaugh, president/CEO, Carolinas Credit Union League, Raleigh, N.C.; and
  • Lisa Schlehuber, president/CEO, Elements Financial FCU, Indianapolis.
