WASHINGTON (7/2/15)--A look at compliance best practices and common violations will be the subject of a July 21 webinar hosted by the National Credit Union Administration, the agency announced Wednesday. “Fine Tuning Your Compliance Program: Common Compliance Violations” is meant to provide valuable information about the best ways to avoid violations.
Diane Rector and Kathryn Baxter of the NCUA’s Office of Small Credit Union Initiatives will host the webinar and lead a panel discussion. The panel will examine common compliance areas of interest and discuss ways credit unions can navigate common issues.
The webinar is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. (ET) July 21 and last 90 minutes, including a question-and-answer session. Qualifying attendees will be offered a certificate of attendance.
