FMSI appointment software offers members concierge experience

ALPHARETTA, Ga. (7/24/15)--Financial Management Solutions Inc. (FMSI) has unveiled Appointment Concierge, a branch appointment scheduling application specifically for credit unions and banks.

The Atlanta-based company offers performance improvement technology software solutions under the Omnix suite brand name, including Omnix Staff Scheduler, Omnix Interactive Dashboard, Omnix Performance Analytics, Omnix Appointment Concierge, and Omnix Lobby Tracker.

The new service allows accountholders to schedule a branch appointment through the branch’s website or mobile banking application and provides detailed information about the branch environment.

W. Michael Scott, FMSI president/CEO, noted that many of FMSI’s clients have asked for appointment scheduling software for their branches. “With rising competition over the past few years, and challenging profit expectations, many financial institutions are turning to innovative and more effective approaches, like utilizing appointment setting technology to maximize the branch investment,” he said. The new software improves performance in sales, service and employee productivity, he added.

FMSI said the Omnix Appointment Concierge helps credit unions and other financial institutions to:

  • Understand the employee’s availability and skill sets to ensure the appointment is with the right person at the right time;
  • Eliminate frustration from missed meetings that are abandoned due to long lobby waits;
  • Automate the administrative booking process, saving staff and accountholders time; and
  • Optimize staff productivity by filling idle time with accountholder “face” activity.
