ALEXANDRIA, Va. (7/27/15)--National Credit Union Administration Chair Debbie Matz will host a town hall webinar Tuesday, starting at 3 p.m. (ET).
This will be the 12th webinar hosted by Matz during her time as chair, and she has also held 18 listening sessions across the country.
"The webinars allow anyone in the credit union system to make suggestions and raise questions about NCUA rules and procedures without leaving their offices,” Matz said in June, when the webinar was announced. “I’m looking forward to an interactive conversation on topics which could include examinations, NCUA’s budget development and regulatory relief.”
According to the NCUA, the webinar will feature updates on credit union system performance, the agency’s regulatory modernization initiative, regulatory relief efforts, the agency’s member business lending proposal, cybersecurity and interest-rate risk.
Topics are not limited to those listed above. Webinar attendees will be able to submit questions and get answers relating to any NCUA topic.
Registration for the webinar is still open.
