WASHINGTON (9/9/15)--The U.S. House and the Senate returned to Washington this week and lawmakers in both chambers face a packed agenda that will take them to the end of the fiscal year and beyond.
The House first will consider bills under suspension of the rules on topics such as stem-cell research and e-warranties. Then that body turns its attention to a resolution of disapproval of the nuclear agreement with Iran. The only item on the Senate's agenda this week is that resolution of disapproval.
