WICHITA, Kan., and ST. LOUIS (10/27/15)--Nominations to serve on the Board of Directors of the newly formed Heartland Credit Union Association (HCUA) are being accepted from Kansas and Missouri credit unions (Vision Oct. 20).
HCUA is a consolidation of the Kansas Credit Union Association and Missouri Credit Union Association. The new organization will launch Jan. 1, with headquarters in Kansas City, Mo. The board will provide the association with direction and input from member credit unions, uphold HCUA’s mission and help create a vision for the future.
The new association will have 10 directors, six based on asset size and four on geography, with terms to begin in January. They will include:
Candidates must be a voting credit union board member or credit union executive in the category of their nomination, and must submit a candidate nomination form filled out by the person nominating the candidate and a biography.
