MADISON, Wis. (10/28/15)--CUNA and CU Solutions Group announced a new exclusivity arrangement this week whereby CU Solutions Group’s online salary administration system, Compease, and CUNA’s online compensation analytics platform, Compensation Analytics, will become the only software applications in the industry that feature data from the 2015-2016 CUNA Staff Salary Report.
Combined, the popular applications are used by nearly 800 credit unions.

Compease is a comprehensive salary administration and planning system. The program features the most current industry data from the top two salary surveys in the industry: CUNA’s Staff Salary Report and the Compease Salary Survey, which cover data from roughly 2,000 credit unions nationwide.
Compease also includes select data from up to 10 additional sources and features merit-increase tools, budget reports, analysis of positions not traditionally covered in surveys, and integration with the performance management application, Performance Pro.
The 2015-16 CUNA Staff Salary Report incorporates CUNA’s annual survey of salary data from more than 1,300 credit unions nationwide. It also includes data on 90 full-time positions and 10 part-time positions found at credit unions.
Furthermore, CUNA Compensation Analytics--the online, interactive version of the 2015-16 CUNA Staff Salary Report--provides users with query tools to manipulate the data and easily obtain job-specific compensation information. PDFs then can be created based on the data and used in presentations and emails.
