GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (11/16/15)--CU*Answers, a Grand Rapids, Mich.-based credit union service organization, announced that within just two weeks 15 credit unions have enrolled to participate in its new bill pay partnership with Payveris.
Through It’s Me 247Bill Pay, members will not leave the online banking environment to make a bill payment as they do with most online bill pay modules. When they make a bill payment, members are provided an environment that maintains an identical look and feel to the It’s Me 247 online banking system.
The benefit of a bill pay service designed directly within online banking goes beyond the look; it improves user experience as quick links can be added to quickly navigate, make payments and transfer funds as desired.
To kickoff the new bill pay relationship, CU*Answers is offering two promotional programs meant to help credit unions either not already offering bill pay, or those credit unions who have 150 or fewer users and wish to take their bill pay service to a higher level. For each program, CU*Answers is participating financially with their clients by paying up to 50% of a qualifying credit union’s bill pay invoice for a two-year period in order to help them promote this service to members.
The first credit unions are scheduled to implement the new CU*Answers/ Payveris native bill pay system during November and December.
