NEW YORK (11/23/15)--The Department of Justice (DOJ) may be poised to hold individuals criminally responsible for corporate crimes related to the financial crisis, as it will reportedly file criminal charges against executives at JPMorgan Chase and the Royal Bank of Scotland (Housingwire.com Nov. 20). The Wall Street Journal reported last week that investigators have started putting together cases against executives at the big banks for “allegedly selling flawed mortgage securities” despite the warnings they received from employees at their respective institutions.
