COLUMBUS, Ohio (12/21/15)--Corporate One FCU, Columbus, Ohio, has added an automated account-switching platform to its Member Acquisition Experience (MAX) product line, which features an innovative suite of digital onboarding solutions.
ClickSWITCH helps members engage with credit unions during the account-opening process through an online portal or within the branch by switching existing automated debits and credits for the new member to the new credit union account.
Once the account-opening process is complete, ClickSWITCH will close the legacy account for the new member. ClickSWITCH also features instant account setup and direct deposit transfer; auto-debit payee notification of new account information and updating of billing information; real-time switch status, including confirmations of when payments have been successfully switched; and balance assist for recommended dollar amounts to leave in the former account until it can be closed.
As the second digital solution in Corporate One’s new MAX product line, which also includes Gro Account Opening, ClickSWITCH can be leveraged as an integrated module within Gro or as a stand-alone complement to an existing solution.
