MADISON, Wis. (1/21/16)--A new presentation from the Filene Research Institute outlines strategies for creating stronger online engagement.
The research, Digital Strategies: Creating Stronger Online Engagement, outlines best practices and recommendations from Digital Strategies, a program designed by Filene to help credit unions adapt to consumers’ changing shopping behaviors.
The Digital Strategies program was the result of a study Filene embarked on with Amazon.com from September 2012 through November 2013.
In the study, 44 credit unions were provided with an opportunity to win new members and cardholders on Amazon’s new online storefront, Credit Card Marketplace.

The results of the programs offer lessons in how credit unions can develop effective digital member engagement, which are included within the report along with case studies from credit unions that participated in the study.
