The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) board will vote on a proposed rule on federal credit union occupancy, planning and disposal of acquired and abandoned premises at its April 21 meeting. The meeting, scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. (ET), will also be the last with NCUA Chair Debbie Matz before she leaves the agency April 24.
The proposed rule would make changes to the incidental powers parts of the NCUA’s rules and regulations, parts 701 and 721.
Also on the agenda is a proposed interagency rule concerning incentive-based executive compensation and a quarterly update on the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund.
