The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Tuesday named Cherie Freed regional director of the agency’s Region V office in Tempe, Ariz. The region covers Alaska, Arizona, California, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington.
