CUNA Councils has announced the dates of two 2017 conferences.
The 2017 CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council Conference will take place April 19-22, in Las Vegas. The conference is dedicated to credit union human resources and organizational development professionals that provides to explore hot topics and celebrate excellence in their field.
The conference is largely comprised of sessions hosted by industry experts and leading voices in the field. Next year’s sessions will explore important human resources and organizational development topics. Steve Farber, leadership expert and best-selling author, will give the keynote address based on his book “The Radical Leap,” which presents a model of leadership culture where employees are encouraged to take charge.
The CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council Awards, which honor the top achievements in both fields, will also be presented at the conference. Applications for all three award categories—Professional of the Year, Rising Star and Excellence in HR & Organizational Development—are due Feb. 20.
The 2017 CUNA CFO Council Conference will be held May 21-24 in Orlando, Fla.; Featuring a keynote presentation from renowned speaker Mike Robbins, the annual event is a forum for credit union finance professionals to network and explore critical and trends in their field.
Robbins will use the conference’s opening keynote session to explore ways that attendees can improve their professional relationships and foster a work space where team members are emotionally empowered to achieve maximum productivity and peak performance.
The focal point of CUNA CFO Council Conference is its sessions, which cover the most urgent, high-stakes financial issues currently facing credit unions.
