(January 5, 2014) – Credit Union National Association (CUNA) announced today that registration is now open for CUNA World-Class Service Leadership Institute, an opportunity for credit union leaders to learn first-hand from the service industry's most elite team – the staff of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Centered around the exemplary service standards set forth by the Ritz-Carlton staff, CUNA World-Class Service Leadership Institute offers exclusive insights for improving the service culture at a credit union. Attendees are invited to hear first-hand accounts from the Ritz-Carlton’s team and see the hotel's renowned service principles implemented successfully over the course of their stay.
The specific aim of the institute is to provide credit union management with skills and strategies for redesigning their overall approach to service in ways that will fit the spirit of their credit unions. Attendees will hear from well-respected speaker, Rick Olson, as he discusses the benefits of removing de-motivators in the workplace, using fun as a catalyst for getting work done and more.
During three days of readily applicable sessions, attendees will:

• Get behind-the-scenes insights during an exclusive Ritz-Carlton employee discussion panel
• Design a world-class experience to implement at their credit unions
• Foster a culture of accountability among their teams
