Thirty-eight attendees at the CUNA Lending Council Conference built 15 bikes for kids from The Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee.
Will Scott, vice president of lending at ASI Federal Credit Union in Harahan, La., brings a completed bike over for one last quality check.
Chris Oldag, vice president/chief lending officer at Pacific Service Credit Union in Concord, Calif., makes sure all of the bikes are safe for kids to ride.
Sandi Papenfuhs, senior vice president of consumer lending at First Tech Federal Credit Union, holds the handlebars straight as Ethan Nelson, vice president of lending at Oregon Community Credit Union in Springfield makes final adjustments.
The kids were surprised with the bikes during the opening session of the CUNA Lending Council Conference in Nashville.
