CUNA Lending Council Conference 2017 - Scenes from Tuesday
Attendees shared a multitude of success stories at the two-hour Mortgage Roundtable, presented by Tracy Ashfield.

One of the strengths of the CUNA Lending Council Conference is attendees’ commitment to sharing success stories and discussing challenges. That dynamic came into play during a two-hour Mortgage Roundtable session as well as at various breakout sessions.

The roundtable, moderated by Tracy Ashfield, president of Ashfield & Associates, featured input from several credit unions on how to structure mortgage lending officer staff, enhancing relationships with area real estate agents, and differentiating from non-bank competition.

Breakouts focused on a variety of issues, including credit card profitability, attracting millennial staff, and mortgage innovation.
