CUNA has created four new Automated Clearing House (ACH) webinar series to inform credit union professionals about current regulations, upcoming changes and how to keep their credit unions compliant.
“ACH is a fundamental part of credit union functions,” said Amanda Schumacher, CUNA instruction design manager. “These in-depth webinars will provide credit union professionals of all backgrounds with the information they need to use ACH effectively and stay compliant.”

CUNA ACH Webinar Series is a combination of six live and recorded sessions run until March. This webinar series gives an overview of the proposed changes to Regulation CC effective July 1, along with information on tax refunds, government payments, and error resolution to help streamline ACH compliance processes.
CUNA ACH for New or Frontline Staff Webinar Series is a combination of five live and recorded sessions. Watch two recorded sessions before the live events Feb. 6-20. Frontline staff and new employees need an opportunity to learn the basics of ACH guidelines so they can confidently help members. This web series has sessions ranging from ACH basics to preventing elder financial exploitation and handling federal government benefit payments.
CUNA ACH Reg E Webinar Series. Watch two recorded sessions before attending one live session on Feb. 27. Dive into the specificity of ACH Regulation E and how it relates to specific payment rules. Help get your credit union on track and ensure compliance, with this overview of Regulation E, error resolution guidelines and information on disputes and common myths.
CUNA ACH Origination Webinar Series is a combination of five live and recorded sessions. Participants can watch two recorded sessions before the live events March 7-14. Webinars cover origination basics, effective agreements, onboarding originators, communicating ACH rule requirements and how to identify, register and audit third-party senders.
