To bring the success of a more member-centric culture to credit unions nationwide, CUNA has announced the dates of this year’s CUNA Succeeding in Member Sales eSchool.
Thursdays from Aug. 9 to 30, attendees will learn about the benefits of refocusing their priorities to better fit member needs and project a more professional, personal image in your credit union.
“It’s vital for credit unions to bring members unsure about adding new services back into the fold by focusing on enhancing their experiences and finding their needs,” said Carla Schrinner, implementation manager and senior master trainer at CUNA. “This eSchool inspires new sales people, rejuvenates veterans and helps non-sales professionals become an effective part of the sales team.”
