Registration is currently open for the free webinar, which is scheduled for 2 p.m. (ET) Oct. 17.
Specifically, the organizations will discuss the value of exercises to practice incident response plans and provide insight into cyber-exercises happening around the nation aimed at protecting the financial sector.
The webinar is designed to help credit unions:
According to FS-ISAC, several factors are critical when it comes to successfully responding to cyber-incidents:
The first rule in achieving success with cyber-incidents is to have a documented response plan that includes detailed procedures for how to respond. The second is to practice that plan to build muscle memory and to identify any gaps in the plan before a crisis.
This webinar will help credit unions learn how to conduct a cyber exercise and learn other tricks to practice incident responses.
