Policy experts to weigh in on best practices at CUNA Collections & Bankruptcy School

MADISON, Wis., and WASHINGTON (January 8, 2019) – The 2019 speakers for CUNA Collections & Bankruptcy School have been announced, and include a range of experts from attorneys, consultants and collection professionals.

The 2019 school will feature attorney and shareholder Christy Jones of Sherpy & Jones, P.A. leading the schools’ introduction track. Attorney and former collections professional Eric North of Moore, Brewer, Jones, Tyler & North to lead the school’s advanced track. Harry Strausser, freelance speaker and consultant at Accounts Receivable Management Industry, will also lead several general sessions for all attendees.

“The networking opportunities are great, and the speakers assist you with any questions you may have without hesitation,” said Jennifer Herniak, VP of collections at Via CU.

Bond Hays, collections manager at Tennessee Valley FCU said, “Great speakers! Great exposure to other managers who can give ideas for improvement in your collections department!”
