MADISON, Wis., and WASHINGTON (February 21, 2019) – Registration is now open for this year’s CUNA Investment Certification Schools, designed to provide credit union financial leaders with the current, relevant training necessary to craft efficient investment strategies.

“Making reliable investment decisions is key for credit unions seeking long term growth and improved services for members,” said Amanda Schumacher, instructional design manager at CUNA. “This school equips financial decision-makers with the tools and information necessary to make the most informed choices in our current economic environment.”

After completing both the Fundamentals of Investment Management and Advanced Investment Strategies tracks, attendees will have the opportunity to demonstrate their mastery of concepts including investment structures, portfolio management and risk management.

Those who successfully complete their exams will earn the Certified Credit Union Investments Professional (CCUIP) designation, signifying leading-edge understanding of investment best practices.

CUNA Investment Certification Schools will be held August 12-16, 2019 in Chicago. For more information and to register, visit cuna.org/investments.
