John Sackett and Phil Browarsky are two long-time credit union board members who are dedicated to meeting the needs of their members in every stage of life.

Sackett is a board member at Royal Credit Union in Eau Claire, Wis., and a member of the CUNA Board.

Browarsky is board chair at Glass City Federal Credit Union in Maumee, Ohio.

In this episode of the CUNA News Podcast, recorded during the 2019 CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference, Sackett and Browarsky discuss what members want from their credit unions, how they attract and retain new board members, and advice they offer other directors about succeeding in this role.
