June 3, 2019

A new group aimed at developing young Mississippi credit union professional’s leadership passion and skills, L.E.A.D. (Leaders Engaging in Action & Development), held their second meeting in conjunction with the 2019 Mississippi Credit Union Association Annual Meeting and Convention.

L.E.A.D.’s mission is to engage young career-oriented credit union team members in actively developing their leadership, networking, and community awareness skills through networking and professional development.
