Credit unions dedicated to serving their communities while also focusing on the professional development should be celebrated.
Each year Forbes surveys U.S. consumers to produce a list of America’s Best Credit Unions in Each State. Partnering with research firm Statista, 2,500 credit union members were polled for their opinions on current and former financial service relationships. Credit unions were scored on overall member recommendations and satisfaction, as well as five subdimensions including trust, terms and conditions, branch services, digital services and financial advice.
Twelve CUNA Creating Member Loyalty™ (CML) and 14 CUNA Professional Development Online (CPD Online) member credit unions made the 2019 Forbes list.
“We have worked hard to position ourselves among the great financial institutions in the country, always keeping the wellbeing of our membership at heart through our CUNA Creating Member Loyalty™ initiative,” said Chris O’Connor, president and CEO at Randolph-Brooks FCU. “We are honored to be recognized and take great pride in the individuals who make up this wonderful credit union.”
