CUNA Strategic Services announces new alliance with POPi/o

CUNA Strategic Services (CSS) has named POPi/o as their newest strategic alliance provider. This alliance will provide credit unions a cutting-edge video-banking platform they can leverage to enhance member engagement and service. 

“We’re excited to be CSS’s newest strategic alliance provider,” said Gene Pranger, founder & CEO of POPi/o. “CSS is dedicated to bringing credit unions the latest innovation to keep up with the demands of members. Our video banking solutions will help them provide excellent member experiences both in the branch and on mobile devices. This alliance will help accelerate the redefinition of retail financial delivery in the credit union industry."

POPi/o’s video-banking technology allows credit unions to shift the consumer experience from a purely digital transaction into a human interaction, fostering stronger member relationships and more.

POPi/o offers credit unions the ability to:

  • Have face-to-face interactions from mobile devices to video-enabled branches
  • Complete new account opening and funding, loan applications and more
  • Centralize expertise to cost-effectively serve larger geographical areas
  • Deploy experts to branches remotely through video banking
