Glia’s digital-first member engagement platform captured first place in the Speed Round competition Wednesday at the co-located CUNA Technology Council and Operations & Member Experience Council Conferences in Chicago.
The Glia platform provides members with bot-generated messages and offers the option of transferring to a live agent. In all, 23 suppliers participated in the fast-paced competition that showcased the state-of-the-art technology driving credit unions today.
Competitors each had five minutes to demonstrate their technologies, followed by a two-minute Q-and-A period from a panel of judges.
The audience determined the winner by a text vote.
