Every year, credit unions from across Montana participate in a variety of initiatives to support their communities and promote education for back-to-school and beyond. Montana’s Credit Unions would like to celebrate all the ways its affiliated credit unions are providing students of all ages with resources to help them build a healthy financial future.
“Credit unions are made up of people working together to achieve a better life for themselves and their communities,” said Tracie Kenyon, president/CEO of Montana’s Credit Unions. “In our eyes, that begins with Montana’s students. “Our credit unions aim to provide them with the tools, support, and opportunities they need to learn and grow both inside and outside the classroom.”
Throughout the year, credit unions in the state are supporting students in various ways. Each credit union helps out in ways best suited to their local communities. A few examples are listed below along with the MCU-affiliated credit unions that provide support using those methods.
