2019-2020 credit union compensation tools now available

September 24, 2019

CUNA announces the 2019-2020 CUNA Staff Salary Report and CUNA Compensation Analytics are now available. Both tools have been a data source to inform salary and budget decision-making for credit union professionals for over 30 years.

The tools feature data from nearly 1,100 credit unions nationwide and 90 job titles, providing the most comprehensive credit union-specific compensation data to attract and keep superior talent.

The 2019-2020 CUNA Staff Salary Report and CUNA Compensation Analytics reported that 36% of credit unions, including no fewer than 59% of those with assets of $100 million or more, plan to add full-time employees to their payrolls during 2019.

Trends, like this one, demonstrate that hiring managers will likely continue to experience fierce competition from direct competitors for top candidates.

The full review of compensation and hiring trends is included in these tools, plus the latest data on:

  • Base pay
  • Bonuses
  • Incentives
  • Salary ranges
  • Total cash compensation

Visit cuna.org/compensation for more information and to order.
