Emerging leaders in the credit union industry are heading to CUNA Emerging Leader Institute, this Dec. 2-4 in San Diego to understand their unique managerial style and become more confident, effective leaders with the guidance of leadership experts. Participants will build a strong foundation in management core competencies to make more impactful decisions that grow their team, organization and the credit union movement. This year’s speakers were selected for their ingenuity and experience delivering engaging learning experiences that energize leadership.

Before the event, attendees will take the Strength Deployment Inventory assessment. Then, once the event begins, they will dive into the results to get a better understanding of their leadership strengths and motive-driven behaviors.
After discovering their unique leadership style, participants will dive into the daily responsibilities of leadership and participate in hands-on activities to practice incorporating their conflict resolution preferences to better coach, maintain a high performing team and achieve strategic goals during turbulent times.
